ERIM Fellow
An ERIM Fellow is a (Co-)Director of one of the ERIM Research Programmes.
Who
Senior (preferably of professor level) Faculty of EUR: RSM Erasmus University (RSM) / Erasmus School of Economics (ESE).
Criteria
Tasks

Acting as (Co-) Director of ERIM research programme

Carrying out and disseminating high quality research in the domain of research in management

Building the reputation of the research programme in the international research community

Coordinating and stimulating external funding programmes
-
Coaching early and mid-career talent
-
Supervising of ERIM MPhil/PhD students
-
Coordinating advanced courses in the doctoral MPhil/PhD programme
Benefits
These are identical to the benefits of an ERIM Member. An ERIM Fellow receives an additional voucher of 0.1 of the size of his/her appointment at RSM/ESE for the management tasks related to the ERIM Fellowship.
Appointment and Evaluation Procedure
A Fellow is nominated by the Scientific Director and appointed by the Dean of the Ôpenvoerende' faculteit (RSM). The duration of the appointment is five years. If a Fellow does not meet the Membership criteria any longer or demonstrates major shortcomings in the management of the research programme the Fellow appointment can be ended earlier.
