Operations Management is a multidisciplinary field that investigates the design, management, and improvement of processes aimed at the development, production, delivery, and distribution of products and services. Behavioral Operations Management examines the behavior of actual human agents in complex decision problems. It introduces the understanding of human behavior to the practice of operations management.
