Supporting Consumer Pension Decision-making Online
Netspar
Netspar has recently approved a grant to Customer Value Chains researchers Prof. Dr. Benedict Dellaert and Dr. Bas Donkers for research on how individuals can best be aided online in making pension decisions. The research project involves two PhD projects (Dimitris Tsekouras and Ron van Schie) and one post-doc position (Carlos Lourenço) and also includes cooperation with Prof. Dr. Gerald Häubl from the University of Alberta, Canada. The project started in April 2009 and is closely in line with other research of the Customer Value Chains team on Consumer Decision Aids.
Netspar is an independent network for research and education in the field of pensions, aging and retirement. It is composed of academics and practitioners in the field of pensions and insurances, supported by universities as well as private and public institutions with an interest in Netspar's research topics. Netspar is located at Tilburg University.
