Self Unloading Bulk System (SUBS) This invention by Marine Solutions was originally aimed at improving the unloading of bulk goods from ships. It entails covering the walls of the cargo space with canvas, which can be floated using air pressure. The canvas pushes the remaining cargo onto the conveyor belt so that there is no need to use bulldozers or funnels.
