The New York Times article is titled 'Building a Star Fund, at Its Brother’s Expense'.

New insights into hedge funds and private equity in the Netherlands At the request of the Dutch Finance Minister, researchers at ERIM have prepared an inventory of facts relating to hedge funds and private equity, with a particular focus on the role of this type of investor in the Netherlands. Importantly, the survey includes descriptions of a large number of Dutch cases involving hedge funds taking on an activist shareholder role, or private equity houses operating as an acquiring party.
