Nov. 8, 2010: Sustainable Innovation 2010 Part of the 'Towards Sustainable Product Design' series of conferences Sustainable Innovation 2010 will provide a platform to discuss the future opportunities and challenges related to the design, development and commercialisation of sustainable products, services, technologies and new business models. Sustainable Innovation 2010 will include invited and refereed papers from academics, consultants, entrepreneurs, investors, technology providers, designers, sustainability, environment and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) managers as well as other business functions. The event will be a unique learning experience, networking space and an opportunity to think! Delegates will come globally from large companies, entrepreneurs, as well as academia, government and non-governmental organisations (NGOs). The conference is supported by an international Advisory Board.

Sept. 29, 2010: Deltas in Times of Climate Change conference From September 29 to October 1, 2010, the “Deltas in Times of Climate Change” conference will take place in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The conference is the joint initiative of two Dutch research programmes on climate change and spatial planning: Climate changes Spatial Planning and Knowledge for Climate. The City of Rotterdam has offered to be the host for the conference. Scientists, politicians, policymakers and practitioners are invited to share their experience.

May 12, 2010: Second Annual ARCS Research Conference This Harvard Business School conference seeks to bring together scholars from a variety of disciplinary and methodological perspectives interested in advancing research on corporate sustainability. This is the second annual conference of the Alliance for research on Corporate Sustainability (ARCS), a consortium of universities that provides data, tools, and networking opportunities to researchers who are developing a greater understanding of the opportunities and limits of policies and strategies to create sustainable businesses. This conference builds on the successful inaugural ARCS conference at the University of Michigan last spring.
