By Public Transportation

From Rotterdam Centraal Station
Take metro line D towards 'De Akkers' or E towards 'Slinge'. Change trains at 'Beurs', which is the second stop. Continue on either metro line A to 'Binnenhof', B to 'Nesselande', or C heading for 'De Terp'. All trains in those directions depart from the same platform at “Beurs”. Exit the metro at the fifth stop, 'Kralingse Zoom'. When exiting the station, facing the main road, Erasmus University is directly across the road.

Alternatively, you can take tram number 21 or 24 towards 'De Esch' and alight at 'Woudestein'. Then follow the sidewalk and cross Burgemeester Oudlaan to reach the campus. These trams leave from the front of the train station approximately every 10 minutes. The trip will take about 20 minutes.
You can also take tram 7 in the direction of ‘Woudestein’. Erasmus University is the end stop of this line and the tram stops beside the Bayle Building. Trams depart every 10 minutes and the journey takes around 25 minutes.

From station Rotterdam Alexander
Take metro line A or B in the direction of 'Schiedam Centrum'. Disembark at 'Kralingse Zoom.' When exiting the station, facing the main road, Erasmus University is directly across the road.

By car

The Woudestein campus is situated very near the Van Brienenoordbrug ('brug' = bridge). The Van Brienenoordbrug is crossed by the A16 motorway. This is where you have to exit the A16.

From the south highway (A16/E19)
Follow signs to “Ring Rotterdam, Den Haag”. At Afrit/ Exit 24 -25-26 keep to the right following “Feijenoord / Centrum / Kralingen / Capelle a/d IJssel”. After 3km, as you drive over the large Van Brienenoordbrug, keep right and take Afrit/Exit 25 “Rotterdam Centrum / Capelle a/d IJssel”. Turn left at the roundabout onto the S107 for “Centrum”. You pass a petrol station on your right. Stay in the right-hand lane and at the traffic lights,turn right onto Burgemeester Oudlaan.The main gate of Erasmus University is 100 metres further on the right.

Coming from east, west or north via the A20/E25
On the A20/E25 follow signs to “Ring Rotterdam / Dordrecht”, and then“Ring Rotterdam Oost” A16/E19. Keep right for Afrit/Exit 24 “/Kralingen/Centrum / Feijenoord / IJsselmonde N210”. Then keep left for “Centrum /Feijenoord N210”. Take Afrit/Exit 25 for “Centrum S107/N210. At the roundabout turn right onto the S107 for “Centrum”. You pass a petrol station on your right. Stay in the right-hand lane and at the traffic lights, turn right onto Burgemeester Oudlaan.The main gate of Erasmus University is 100 metres further on the right.

Parking
On the Woudestein campus, you will find a central underground parking accessible from Burgemeester Oudlaan. Following the Parking signs which guide you under the Erasmus Plaza.

Paid parking is available on campus. Take a ticket at the barrier when you enter the campus. The first 19 minutes are free. Pay for parking before you return to your car, using the betaalautomaat (payment machine) in the Plaza parking area or in the car park of the Mandeville building (ground floor). The parking tariff on campus is €0.50 per 20 minutes. The maximum day tariff is €10.

By Air

Arrival at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam 
Take a train to Rotterdam Centraal Station (Rotterdam Central Train Station) from the airport's railway station. The trip will take approximately 50 minutes by regular train, or 27 minutes by high speed train Intercity Direct. From Rotterdam Centraal you can then take a taxi to Erasmus University, campus Woudestein (15 minutes), or continue your journey by public transport via tram (21 and 24) or metro (D and E).

Arrival at Rotterdam The Hague Airport (European flights only) 
From Rotterdam The Hague Airport you can take bus 33 to Rotterdam Centraal Station. From Centraal Station you can continue your journey by public transport or take a taxi ride to Erasmus University, campus Woudestein (15 minutes).
