ERIM: Supporting the researcher’s life cycle

Management research at Erasmus University is organized through the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM). ERIM is a research institute, founded in 1998 by the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), and Erasmus School of Economics (ESE).

Faculty appointed at RSM or ESE in the domain of management research (about ERIM), can qualify for (associate) membership at ERIM (ERIM Membership Charter). As ERIM (associate) member, you have access to world-class research support, aimed at enhancing and supporting you to produce word-class research, including a personal webpage with an automatic upload of your latest publications, access to research infrastructures, databases and facilities, as well as support in development of your research initiatives and centers. ERIM supports the full researcher’s life cycle. ERIM’s research support includes many services and facilities. Have a look here

ERIM does not appoint researchers directly. All its members have academic appointments at either RSM or ESE. The relevant recruitment and appointment policies of the schools apply, including, for instance, policies for tenure track or for appointment of other research positions such as postdocs.

For specific vacancies, or to get information on how to apply to RSM or ESE as faculty member, please visit the departments’ webpages at RSM (https://www.rsm.nl/research/departments/) or at ESE (https://www.eur.nl/ese/research/).
