Ignacio Vaccaro is a PhD candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Ignacio's research focuses primarily on how companies renew their management practices, processes and structures through management innovation. Drawing on data gathered from a large sample of Dutch firms and focused case studies, his research addresses the implementation of management innovation as well as the relationship between management innovation and leadership styles, top management team attributes, and knowledge exchange.
