M.S. (Mariëtte) Kaandorp
Her research focuses on cognition and processes of social interaction in the worklife.
Her particular research interests include intuition, social networking and sensitivity and giftedness.
She is particularly interested in personal preferences for networking, how particular state of minds can be cultivated and the effects of this on directing work interactions.
She also likes to do work on theory development and organizing for development. This is organizational change or venture development that help to address global problems.
Her work has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing.
