P.J. (Pieter-Jan) Bezemer

Pieter-Jan Bezemer is an assistant professor in strategic management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research interests encompass several corporate governance issues of listed corporations, with a particular focus on (i) the diffusion of the Anglo-American shareholder value model and (ii) the dynamic interplay between executive and non-executive directors. His research has been published or is forthcoming in Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of Management and Governance, MAB and Goed Bestuur.
