W. (Wouter) de Maeseneire

Wouter De Maeseneire is an ERIM (Erasmus Research Institute for Management) Associate Member and an Assistant Professor in Corporate Finance at Erasmus University Rotterdam (ESE, Erasmus School of Economics). Wouter obtained his PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam in May 2005. His current research interests include initial public offerings, valuation (real options), private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and financial constraints.
