Abstract

After studying at the University of Leiden and the University of California Mr Punt worked at the law firms of Baker & McKenzie, Arthur Andersen and Moszkowicz among others. He has a great deal of experience in the practice of fiscal and corporate law.

His practice focuses in particular on legal proceedings relating to commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, (bank) guarantees, liability of (the directors’ of) companies, general conditions and general matters of liability.
