Erasmus Energy Forum 2015

Abstract

Is your business prepared for the business of energy in the future?

Speakers at this year’s Erasmus Energy Forum 2015 in Rotterdam on 18 and 19 June are energy practitioners, policy makers and top thinkers from academia and politics.

Our audience is made up of people like you: business leaders, managers and executives from a wide range of industries, and people working in policy making and academia.

What’s unique about the Erasmus Energy Forum is that the large and influential audience can join the discussion during Q & A panel sessions, as well as making the most of networking opportunities during the breaks with researchers and other attendees at the Energy Expo, and during our networking dinner.

This year, we’ll be examining strategies and policies that form the transition towards the decentralised provision of sustainable energy. Our presentations and discussions will have two different perspectives because we’ve partnered with the City of Rotterdam and Port of Rotterdam Authority. We’ll be examining the transition to decentralised sustainable energy from a port’s perspective, and from a city’s perspective.

Business Day on Thursday 18 June is dedicated to the business of energy, in the Beurs-World Trade Center in the centre of Rotterdam.

Science Day on Friday 19 June engages academic researchers in dialogue; it takes place on our university campus.

The Erasmus Energy Forum is hosted by Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), through its Erasmus Centre for Future Energy Business. The Forum is entirely in English.

You can sign up now to take advantage of our Early Bird rate. You can also help colleagues and contacts to join and enrich our audience by forwarding this invitation through your network.

  • We’ll be confirming more speakers during the next few weeks. They’ll be announced on our website and via our Energy Forum tweets from @RSMErasmus and using the hashtag #RSMEnergy.
