International Dinner - Sustainable food



Abstract

On Tuesday 24 October ERIM will organize the second international dinner for ERIM members. This time the dinner will focus on sustainable food. It takes place in the cooking studio at De Banier, Banierstraat 1, Rotterdam. The meeting is informal. ERIM members can cook, meet and discuss. You bring the drinks, the ingredients for the dinner will be provided.

To participate, you are ready to learn how to produce a sustainable meal and required to bring something to drink. When the meal is ready and everyone is seated and has food and a drink, a short introduction as to what sustainable food is will be given by Pinar Coskun of The Sustainable Food Lab.
