Research on Categories: Taking Stock and Future Avenues

Abstract

During this seminar, we'll take stock of the recent stream of research on categories and the future avenues of development for this field. One or two recent works in progress will illustrate the promises and difficulties of research on categories. Insights, drawn from some of these works will also be highlighted during the talk:
