The Netherlands falls to a 9th position on the WEF Global Information Technology Report Ranking


The World Economic Forum (WEF) annually publicises the ‘global information technology report’. The Erasmus Strategic Renewal Center is partner-institute of the WEF and under the leadership of Henk Volberda, Professor of Strategic Management and Business Policy at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and collected the data for the Netherlands.

Like last year, in 2009 our country ranks lower on the ‘Networked Readiness Index’. Prof.dr. Henk W. Volberda: “After years of showing an impressive rise from place 16 in 2004 to place 6 in 2007, the last two years we are facing a decline again.” To read the complete release (in Dutch), with graphics, click here.
