Mariëtte Kaandorp is Assistant Professor at the Department of Organization and Personnel Management.
Her research focuses on cognition and the processes of social interaction in the workplace. More specifically, she studies giftedness, sensory processing sensitivity, intuition and social networking practices.
So far, her research has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.
