She uses econometric modeling and natural language processing to examine and quantify how user-generated content influences platforms, businesses, content creators, and consumers. She also focuses on designing algorithms for online content selection to overcome consumers’ information overload. In another line of work, she conducts experiments to examine the influence of generative AI on patient-provider interaction in the healthcare context. She has presented her work at prestigious conferences such as CIST, WITS, ICIS, WCBA, and INFORMS.
