Webcast on 14 November: Explore the impact of a different perspective on work

How does clever entrepreneurship raise productivity, lower costs, increase employee satisfaction, and save on energy? And how does the New World of Work, technology, real estate, and leadership fit into all that?

During this free webcast, Professor Eric van Heck of Erasmus University Rotterdam, together with Theo Rinsema (General Manager, Microsoft Netherlands) and Anthony Malkin (Owner, Empire State Building) will describe how Microsoft Netherlands established new ways of working using advanced mobile work technologies, with changes in three interrelated areas: people, place and technology.

Microsoft Netherlands has created an anytime/anywhere workplace that has changed the traditional office culture by stimulating flexibility, improved employee productivity and work/life balance, and reduced the individual and company’s carbon footprint. Based on Microsoft NL’s experience, he will provide guidelines for integrating new ways of working to improve performance.
