New PhD Candidate ECMC

From October 15th, Nicholas Smeele starts as a PhD-candidate (2020-2024) at ECMC. 
Topic: How to allocate scarce resources in a value-based way when moral dilemmas are involved?
This ESHPM project is in close collaboration with TU Delft, Erasmus MC, and ECMC.
