On Tuesday 23 September, Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij moderated a workshop on quality-based healthcare procurement at the Achmea Congres in Nieuwegein. The slides (in Dutch) are available from Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij. 

IPSERA Conference, April 2014

At the IPSERA conference in South Africa, Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij chaired two special sessions on healthcare procurement. Peter Dohmen attended the Doctoral Workshop. 

IPSERA Conference, March 2013

At the IPSERA conference in Nantes (France),  Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij and Dr Fredo Schotanus initiated and chaired two special sessions on healthcare procurement. Five papers in total were presented on topics related to purchasing for care, and purchasing of care. With the financial support of NEVI Zorg, two students (from Rotterdam and from Twente) were enabled to present their research at the conference. Olivier van Noort attended the Doctoral Workshop, organized by Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij.

Zorgvisiecongres “Stop de verspilling”, 28 maart 2013

On Thursday 28 March, Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij presented his views on how professional purchasing management can help reduce unnecessary spend in healthcare. The slides (in Dutch) are available from Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij.

NEVI Inkoopdag, 19 June 2012

On Tuesday 19 June, Prof. Dr Erik van Raaij presented plans for studying Partnerships in Healthcare Procurement at the NEVI Inkoopdag in Nieuwegein, together with Marieke Pronk, Care Purchaser at Achmea. She showed the audience how Achmea is establishing partnership relations with General Practitioners in The Netherlands.
