"Solidarity" Managers in Mergers and Acquisitions

Abstract
When mergers and acquisitions leave some employees out of the new emergent company discourse, the latter counter their exclusion in order to create a meaningful work. Empirical study of the Swedish-Danish cross-border acquisition was a starting point of a research, which promises to breathe a new life in the quality of working life and HRM studies.
