Abstract
Addressing the need for a deeper understanding of the structures and processes which contribute to the development and effective functioning of a sustainable innovation environment, this study investigates the effect of three team-related constructs, and of leadership support, on innovation culture. The formulated research objectives are expressed through an empirical model which attempts to answer the following research question: Is the innovation culture of an organization developed through bottom-up or top-down structures and processes?
