dr. Z. (Zhiyan) Wu
I am a “product” made in China. After being "assembled" with a Ph.D. in Management, I was “exported” overseas.
My research takes a behavioral approach to investigate why organizational decision-makers act the way they do. Commonly, I study this topic in the context of strategic leadership, organizational adaptation, and entrepreneurship.
I spend my free time on bouldering as a beginner, coached by my wife, Siyu.
I go by Z (/zi:/).
