Abstract

Following up on the successful midterm assessment, ERIM's Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) has initiated four working groups, each dealing with one of the four main ERIM challenges towards 2010, as identified by the International Peer Review Committee.

  1. Improve impact both on science and on society at large (chaired by Frans van den Bosch)
  2. More cross-fertilization between research programmes (chaired by Albert Wagelmans)
  3. Continued improvement of the Doctoral Programme (chaired by Gerard Mertens)
  4. Attract, retain and reward talent at all career stages (chaired by Daan van Knippenberg)

During this lunch-seminar, each working group will present the conclusions and suggestions for their ERIM challenge. We kindly invite all ERIM members to join this lunch-seminar and participate in the strategic dialog with the ERIM Fellows about the best way forward on the ERIM challenges.
