International Dinner with Lecture

Abstract

On Tuesday 18 April ERIM will organize the first international dinner for ERIM members. This international dinner takes place in Café Tom Tom, the café in the water tower at De Esch near the Erasmus University. It is an informal meeting where ERIM members can meet and discuss.

To participate, you are required bring a cooked dish. These are the 'rules':

  • ERIM members are asked to prepare a cooked dish from their home country
(Dutch members can make a Dutch dish, a dish of their home country or a dish of their preferred foreign destination)
  • If you can't cook, buy something
  • You don’t have to prepare food for the entire community, bring enough for a few portions
  • Of course you can also team up and prepare a dish together
  • If you show up empty handed, we will put you on a chair and you will have to sing your National Anthem
  • Drinks (within limits) provided by ERIM

When everyone is seated and has food and a drink, a short lecture will be presented by Conrad Heilmann, assistant professor in Philosophy of Social Science at EUR. Title and abstract of his lecture will follow soon.

Please register here. We look forward to welcoming you on 18 April!
